Fishing North of the 49th Parallel

Not many people realized I was gone, but for those of you who did, I thought I'd include a picture.

Three friends and I crossed the 49th parallel, headed to Cochrane Air Services in Cochrane, Ontario, and then took a Beaver (the workhorse of the North) to a small lake called Two Peak approximately 60 miles northeast of Cochrane.

The fishing was great (I caught nearly 200 walleye and pike), the weather was cold (high 30's/low 40's with 15 MPH winds from the north), and the time off was VERY relaxing. No TV, no radio, no cell phone, no computer, no internet, no Blair.com. No electricity or running water, either.
