Scott Richter, of Media Breakaway, has been ordered to pay $6 million to MySpace for spamming MySpace members in August 2006 from phished MySpace accounts.
You might remember Scott from his old company, Optinrealbig.com, or maybe by his $7 million settlement with Microsoft on similar charges in 2005.
